Ofer is the Relationship Manager responsible for Pre-seed/Seed companies in the Haifa business branch.   In his current position, he is responsible for providing banking services and financial solutions that designed to meet the special needs of high-tech and bio-tech firms. Ofer provides his clients with creative solutions to all their business needs such as deposit products, advisement, lines of credit, bridge loans, factoring, finance of working capital and hedging of currency exposure.

In his previous position at Leumi, Ofer was as an economist for middle-market companies, and was in charge of preparing credit requests and analyzing financial reports. He has specialized in assessing the financial needs of middle medium commercial enterprises, and offering them a tailor made credit products.
