Sharon is the customer relationship manager for high-tech companies in the Haifa business branch and both leads a Growth clients banking team and oversees a high-tech team dedicated to Seed companies.  Her teams are responsible for Leumi’s presence is the technology centers throught the Northern part of the country and specialize in providing services for incubators, high-tech companies across the life-cycle stages and large, multi-national tech firms.

An avid learner who thrives in networking, Sharon believes that customer service demands professionalism and being by your client side every step of the way, through both good and difficult times.  Her approach to business is help and be there for your clients, especially when they don’t know they need help or expect assistance from their banker.

She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Haifa, with specializations in Statistics and Human Resource Management, and obtained her MBA from the College of Management in Rishon Le’Zion.

Sharon is happily married with two children and lives in Haifa.
