You’ll need to be able to answer these questions:

• Who are the controlling shareholders of the company? If your company is owned by a foreign company, you’ll need to provide
  a cap table certified by a lawyer.
• Who is authorized to sign account documents?
• Who  is authorized to receive information and complete activities (e.g. accountant, CPA, etc.)?

You’ll also need to send various official documents. We’ll send you a clear kit that explains what’s required.

The fees you’ll pay depend on the size of your company and your expected account activity. When you talk to your relationship manager, you’ll receive detailed
information about your fees.

You’ll need to send us:

• Personal identification documents
• Documents of incorporation
• Corporate resolution
• Company structure (if there are multiple shareholders or ownership by a foreign company)
• FATCA CRS tax residency statement for the company and for each controlling owner
• Customer onboarding questionnaire for everyone involved (i.e. the company, authorized signatories)
• Additional documents notarized by a lawyer
