| Yifat Oron CEO  |
Yifat Oron is the CEO of LeumiTech and is in charge of leveraging Leumi Group’s global capabilities to support technology companies’ financing needs.Yifat has approximately twenty years of experience working with technology companies, in venture capital, banking, and consulting. She spent most of her career as a Partner at Vertex Venture Capital (an Israel-based venture fund with AUS of over $650M), where she invested in and served as a board member of early stage technology companies in the Semiconductors, Enterprise IT and Cleantech sectors.Prior to joining Vertex, Yifat was a technology investment banking associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York, during which she analyzed mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, fixed income and syndicated financings. Previously, she spent three years at the Directorate of R&D of the Israeli Ministry of Defense where she achieved the rank of Lieutenant in the Economics, Budget & Control Department.Yifat holds an M.B.A. from Tel-Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Economics and Management from the Technion. She is married with two children and enjoys reading and travel. |
| Nurit Pirani Deputy CEO and VP Credit  |
Nurit is the Deputy CEO and VP Credit at LeumiTech and is in charge of leading credit financing transactions for high-tech companies. Nurit has spent most of her professional career in Leumi’s Commercial Division where she primarily focused on generating credit solutions for customers in various managerial roles. As such, she has vast experience in financing high-tech companies at various maturity levels.In her prior role, Nurit was responsible for strategic programs within the Commercial Division, including the high-tech sector, and was heavily involved in tailoring financing solutions for clients in high-tech and renewable energy – from deal initiation to structuring to execution. Previously, she led the Ramat Hahayal branch and the Ayalon branch – two of Leumi’s leading high-tech branches.Nurit received both her B.A in Economic and MBA from Hebrew University.Nurit is married with 3 children and lives in a moshav, where she enjoys bike riding, traveling and reading. |
| Noga Shiloach VP Products and Solutions  |
Noga is LeumiTech’s VP of Products and Solutions. In her position, Noga is focusing on creating comprehensive and tailor-made solutions for technology companies throughout their different life stages.Noga brings to LeumiTech more than a decade of experience in strategic management. Prior to her current position, Noga served as Head of Business Development in Leumi’s Retail Division. She was previously also the Senior Project Manager in the bank’s Strategy Division, where she led large-scale projects which stand at the core of the bank and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Leumi, Noga spent seven years at the Israeli Ministry of Finance in several roles, including as Director of State Guarantees.Noga received both her B.A in Business and Economic and her MBA from Hebrew University (and graduated both Summa Cum Laude). In her free time, Noga is prolific travel, in Israel and abroad, and she as traveled to more than 30 countries on 5 continents. |
| Ofer Peleg VP Sales and Business Development  |
Ofer is LeumiTech’s VP Sales and Business Development and has approximately twenty years of banking experience. His career as a high-tech banker included being in charge of high-tech business development for the Dan region (Tel Aviv Metropolitan area) within Leumi’s Commercial Division, as well as the head of investments in the region. Ofer’s tenure in the Dan region has enabled him to create strong relationships with many of Israel’s leading high-tech players, and these relationships have helped Ofer build a comprehensive knowledge base of banking solutions for new economy companies. He has successfully spent the past several years carrying out his goal of enabling his clients’ visions to become a reality, and continuously acts accordingly. Ofer believes that LeumiTech is in the business of generating value for its customers and its business partners. Making sure that they get the best possible banking solutions and products challenges him every day. Ofer is married with 3 children and enjoys swimming, traveling and reading. |
| Sigal Admony Ravid Head of Marketing  |
Sigal is the Head of Marketing for LeumiTech, where she leads LeumiTech’s marketing strategy and implementation, focusing on strategic partnerships with key members of the high-tech industry. Sigal possesses extensive experience in business development and marketing. Previously, Sigal was the Israeli Consul for Economic Affairs in Silicon Valley. During her tenure, she focused on increasing leading MNCs’ investments in Israel, and advising Israeli high-tech companies on their funding and business development needs. Prior to that, Sigal served in the Ministry of Economy in several roles and managed a 300 MNIS program promoting the international commercialization of Israeli startups.Sigal began her career as a corporate attorney focused on IP law. She obtained her B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University, an MBA jointly from Tel Aviv University and UCLA, and her law degree from Hebrew University.Sigal is married with two children. She enjoys hiking, scuba diving and yoga. |
| Shiri Granot Director, Products and Solutions Development  |
Shiri is Director of product and solutions development .Shiri is creating new industry-specific products such as credit and technological solutions for LeumiTech. Shiri is also responsible for strategic projects with leading high-tech companies and other major partners. Shiri possesses 8 years of experience in credit, transactions and venture capital and was an board member in few companies and funds. Prior to Leumitech, Shiri worked in the Ministry of Finance, most recently as a Director of State Guarantees, where she managed 26 billion NIS. Shiri led several programs designed to enhance investments in high-tech and helped establish a government- backed fund.Prior to that, Shiri was an associate in Partam High-Tech, an investment company, where she was a key member of the investment processes. Shiri began her career as a corporate and high tech attorney in a leading high-tech law firm.Shiri holds an LL.B. and B.A. in Economics (Cum Laude) from Hebrew University and M.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University. |
| Eyal Rosenthal Director of Project Management  |
Eyal is currently Director of Project Management at LeumiTech and has been involved in its creation from the onset. In his role, Eyal is responsible for developing strategic initiatives for LeumiTech, as well as new products, services, partnerships, and business models.Prior to Bank Leumi, Eyal spent three years at Cellcom’s Strategy & Business Development group. Before that, Eyal worked in the U.S. and spent several years raising capital for emerging market companies from institutional investors, as well as five years in public accounting. A lifelong student, his most recent graduate degree is in Managing Technology and Information Systems from Tel Aviv University.In 2013, Eyal founded as a passion project eMotion Stories, the first interactive library of e-books for deaf/hard-of-hearing children. Eyal lives in Tel Aviv and, in his spare time, he is involved in advising several local start-ups and enjoys high intensity interval training, street art, and pale lagers. |
